Processing

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Each lens is then printed and your light is assembled to order, which takes 1–2 weeks. Orders ship in the order they were placed.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on every order. Once your order ships, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days within the United States and 10 to 20 business days to other countries. The estimated US delivery window is shown on the product page when you order. Times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather or customs.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Protection

Add it at checkout for $4.99. It protects your order from loss, theft or damage in transit; if a protected package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we send a replacement at no extra cost. Without it, we can't replace packages the carrier marks as delivered.

Shipping address

Double-check it at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Contact us before your order ships if you spot a mistake.

International orders

Orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Customs can add time to delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
